Our recent publication Estimating the Efficiency of Phosphopeptide Identification by Tandem Mass Spectrometry. (Hsu CC, Xue L, Arrington JV, Wang P, Paez Paez JS, Zhou Y, Zhu JK, Tao WA (2017). J Am Soc Mass Spectrom. 28(6): 1127-1135) has been highlighted in the publication Evaluation of Parameters for Confident Phosphorylation Site Localization Using an Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid Mass Spectrometer (Samantha Ferries, Simon Perkins, Philip J. Brownridge, Amy Campbell, Patrick A. Eyers, Andrew R. Jones, Claire E. Eyers (2017). J. Proteome Res., 16 (9): 3448–3459). Our research gave them an idea about the performance of high-throughput phosphoproteomics studies by using conventional ion trap collision-induced dissociation (CID).
